Huawei, the well-known Chinese tech-giant, is all set for its next launch-the Huawei P40 Pro. Apparently, Huawei is in the process of getting this device on board in the upcoming months. And if reports are to be believed, this latest Huawei P4 Pro model will have technology that would be a class apart. Also, this device would have huge cameras that anybody would vouch for. The body of the device would be ceramic made.
Famous blogger Evan Blass has leaked out a few pictures of Huawei P40 Pro on Twitter. From the images, it seems like the front glass frame, as well as the hind side panel, would have curvy edges. However, the most notable feature in these shared snaps was that the back panel of the device consists of a five-lens camera. Out of which, one of them is supposed to be a periscope-styled telephoto camera.
The images that have been shared by Blass give a feeling that this phone pretty much resembles the design pattern of Samsung Galaxy S10. The phone has been designed to house a 10X zoom optical lens. This fact had been hinted by analyst Ming-Chi Kuo in a research note in December. The Huawei model prior to this, that is, the Huawei P30 Pro, had a 5X optical, 10x hybrid, and 50x digital zoom lens.
The images that have been portrayed by Blass depict the device in white color. However, according to 91Mobiles, the device is available in many other colors like Black, Blush Gold, Silver Frost, Deep Sea Blue. Some other news report has posted some confusing reports saying that the device is equipped with a four-lens camera. This had added up some confusion.
One of the images showcases the camera in close-up. Looking at this image featuring the camera, it can be made out that all the camera sensors would be produced by Leica. Huawei has been following this practice for all of its flagship phones.
The front of the phone comes with a notch-less screen. This also contains a cutout resembling a hole-punch, which is expected to house two selfie-cameras. Also, from the images, it is evident that the power button is located on the right along with the volume button. The top and the left sides of the device are blank. And the USB-C port and a speaker located at the bottom. Interestingly, the device comes without a headphone jack.
Previously, there were a few reports claiming that the Huawei P40 Pro would be having curvy edges on all sides, while there a few reports that claimed exactly the opposite. One would really have to wait for the actual launch to see how the phone looks like. The size of the phone would be very much similar to that of P30 Pro.
Huawei’s previous two phone models that were a part of the P-series were announced in Paris sometime in March last year. So one can expect this model to find a place in the market pretty soon, maybe around the same time this year.
