For all those fans of SNES Donkey Kong Country games, here is a piece of good news. Subscribers of the Nintendo Switch Online services would be delighted after knowing that Nintendo would be adding the third version of the Donkey Kong Country game to the service. The game, titled Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong’s Double Trouble, would be a part of Nintendo’s online switch subscription starting this Friday.
Taking a rewind down the lane, the Donkey Kong Country game’s primary version appeared on Nintendo’s online switch service back in July. Then the second part of the game was added to Nintendo Switch Online in September. And now, the triplet of Donkey Kong Country is complete, with the addition of the third part of the game.
What’s up in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong’s Double Trouble?
In the third series of the Donkey Kong Country game, Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong characters are not to be found. The main lead role is being played by the pony-tailed character, Dixie Kong, who also has to check up on the bubbly toddler, Kiddy Kong while taking on many adventures. Users can choose their character to be either Dixie Kong or Kiddy Kong, and the game can be played against another player or with the help of another player.
About 40 adventurous levels have been designed in this latest flick. Game lovers are going to love every bit of it.
What other games are coming to the online service apart from Donkey King Country 3?
Well, Nintendo is not adding only the Donkey Kong Country 3 game to its online switch service. SNES based game titles such as The Ignition Factor, Super Valis IV, and Tuff E Nuff would also be arriving within the online switch subscription this Friday. Also accompanying these games would be a game titled Nightshade, which comes within the NES game category.
The online switch subscription offered by Nintendo offers a lovely mechanism to connect with friends and family members online via these games. Games like Animal Crossing™: New Horizons, Pokémon™ Sword, Pokémon™ Shield, Super Smash Bros™ Ultimate, Mario Kart™ 8 Deluxe, Tetris 99®, and many such other games provide gamers with a similar passion that one experiences while playing these same games on a Nintendo Switch Console.
