Xiaomi is planning to expand its product line in India soon. Chinese giant has already released the teasers of its smart cooker range in the country. According to the teaser, two types of cookers are going to be launched in India soon.
Xiaomi Mijia Smart Rice Cooker and Induction Cooker have already acquired a good amount of craze in the Chinese market. The company is now planning to bring these products to India also. As of now, Xiaomi hasn’t released any specific details of the product, the timeline of launch.
Manu Kumar Jain, the Vice President of Xiaomi, announced the arrival of these products to India via Twitter. In the teaser, two cooker images were shared in Xiaomi Mi ecosystem range indicating that the two cookers will be launched in India.

MI India has released a teaser which states that the users can make burgers, pasta, biryani and pizza in a healthy way. It indicates that these cookers will give an option for users to cook tasty food healthily.
The pricing of Mijia Rice Cooker in China is CNY 599 which means approximately Rs.6,100 in Indian rupees. The price of the induction cooker plate is CNY 199, and the costs of accessories start at CNY 100. The rice cooker is equipped with an OLED display, and it can be integrated with the corresponding app to control the pressure and temperature.
Xiaomi Mijia induction cooker comes in two variants- the base variant which is priced at CNY 299 (3,000 INR) and the Lite variant that costs CNY 199. This base variant of induction cooker consists of OLED screen and knob while the lite variant doesn’t. The teasers haven’t provided any more information about these products.
